3 Perfect Days

Day 1

Morning

Welcome to London

Set yourself up for an action-packed day, with a delicious English breakfast served in our
restaurant or brought to your room by your own personal butler. Then take a stroll through
St James’s Park, looking out for the ducks and squirrels and enjoying this oasis of peace in the
heart of the city. Continue your walk towards the Thames, admiring London’s iconic
architecture, as you find your way to Embankment Pier. From here, board a river boat that
will take you to the Tower of London.

 The Jewel of the Crown

The best way to learn about the rich lineage of the British Monarchy is with a private tour of
the Tower. You’ll be joined by a Yeoman Warder – or Beefeater, as they’re known – who will
guide you through the awe-inspiring symbols of monarchy, culminating in a glimpse of the
Crown Jewels and the 530.2-carat Cullinan I diamond. Explore the White Tower, where Guy
Fawkes is believed to have been interrogated, and learn more about this formidable royal
fortress.

Lunch at The Ivy

Since admiring Tower Bridge never tires, take a table on the large terrace at The Ivy Tower
Bridge. Choose from classic comfort food such as The Ivy hamburger and shepherd’s pie, or
healthy options such as pan-fried sea bass fillet. The interior is decorated in colourful hues of
orange and teal blue, created by the renowned Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. After lunch,
experience a natural high at The Shard. Take the lift up to the top – 72 floors up – to enjoy
