Unpacking
Allow us to take care of your luggage from the moment you arrive at the hotel, including unpacking, luggage storage and packing.
Pressing
Three items of clothing per person on your day of arrival will be pressed with our compliments. Laundry services and dry cleaning are available throughout your stay and we can also provide irons, ironing boards and steamers upon request.
Refreshments
Enjoy a welcome drink upon arrival and complimentary coffee and tea with wake up calls upon request.
Welcome amenity
A welcome amenity provides a warm welcome upon arrival and fresh fruit and mineral water is replenished daily.
Bathroom amenities
The finest bathroom amenities can be found in all our bathrooms, including Royal Jelly for indulgent baths. Further toiletries, sanitary products and remedies for ladies, gentlemen and children are available upon request.
Dog walking
Our butlers are happy to take our four-legged guests for a stroll through Hyde Park whilst you enjoy a meal at The Lanesborough Grill or a revitalising visit to The Lanesborough Club & Spa.
Upon arrival, little VIP's are welcomed with special children's amenities and are kept entertained with our X-box set up and movie nights with popcorn, as well as activities around the hotel including small butler training, trail maps, mocktail making, children's afternoon tea and more.

Allow us to handle all your reservations before and during your stay in London, be it for restaurant and bar bookings, tickets to the latest exhibitions, theatre and shows or wellbeing treatments and fitness classes at The Lanesborough Club & Spa.
Shopping
With the iconic luxury department stores of Knightsbridge on your doorstep, enjoy some retail therapy whilst we take care of your purchases. We work with the Concierges and personal shopping departments at both Harrods and Harvey Nichols.

Spacious desks make working from The Lanesborough comfortable. Printers can be set up in your room or suite and chargers and adaptors are available. Our team can prepare personalised business cards and stationary for you and all guests enjoy complimentary high-speed wifi throughout the hotel, as well as complimentary calls to the UK, Europe and North America.
