Tenuta Tignanello Estate Wine Dinner
Join us for an evening celebrating the revered Tenuta Tignanello Estate in Tuscany, hosted by Allegra Antinori, one of the three daughters of Marchese Piero Antinori, who runs the estate for the 25th generation of the family, and The Lanesborough's Head Sommelier, Raffaele Leonardo Silvestre. The estate's two signature wines, Solaia and Tignanello, are paired with an exquisite menu of modern British dishes by Executive Chef Shay Cooper.

Meet Our Sommelier
Meet our Head Sommelier, Raffaele Leonardo Silvestre. Originally from Milan, Italy, Raffaele is a member of the Italian Sommelier Association and has gained various WSET certifications and a Certified Sommelier Certificate at the Court of Master Sommeliers. Before joining The Lanesborough, Raffaele worked in the sommelier teams of a number of fine dining restaurants in the UK, including Le Gavroche, Hakkasan, Helénè Darroze and Jean Georges at The Connaught Hotel and L'Enclume. Here at The Lanesborough, he is in charge of a 800 strong wine list, known in hospitality as 'bins'.
