Chef Eric Frechon and Executive Chef Florian Favario hold five Michelin stars between them.
Before moving to London, Chef Florian Favario spent five years working under the guidance of the three Michelin-starred Chef Eric Frechon at our sister hotel, Le Bristol Paris. This experience enabled Chef Florian to work towards the Michelin star for Céleste, first achieved in October 2016 and awarded again in October 2017.
