When sweets become art: Over the past few weeks, Jessica Gehrisch, our Senior Chef de Partie Patisserie, has had the unique opportunity to showcase her talent and expertise at the renowned Excelsior Hotel Ernst in Cologne.

Back at Brenners, she brings with her not only delicious delights, but also a wealth of new ideas. These experiences now flow seamlessly into the culinary atmosphere of the Brenners to offer our guests an even more exquisite experience.

Tile change for exclusive heights

As part of the modernization of the Brenners, the balconies are also getting a makeover. The old tiles are being carefully removed to make room for a new design. The balconies will thus become personal retreats that create an ambience of relaxation and tranquillity. With the modernization, we are not only focusing on change, but also on improving the overall experience for our valued guests.

Maximum performance: revamp for our network

We are going one step further as part of the extensive modernization of the Brenners to ensure that our guests' stay with us will be even more pleasant in future. For this reason, the cables in the basement are also currently being overhauled. We are overhauling the entire cable network, including internet cables, fire alarm cables and data cables. Some will be disposed of, others replaced or even relocated.

We are excited about the upcoming weeks and months as we progress with the renovation of our main building. We will keep you updated regularly on the progress and provide you with exclusive insights into the changes our hotel is undergoing.
