Did you already knew? The origin of the Christmas goose goes back to the Catholic custom of the St. Martin‘s goose, which is prepared before the start of the Advent season on November 11th. Reason enough for us to spoil you with the traditional Christmas goose in the conservatory restaurant starting on St. Martin‘s Day.
