Chef Villanueva from Villa Torél in Mexico takes over the kitchens of the 114 Faubourg brasserie for 5 days, and his plates with their captivating flavors transport us to the pearly beaches of Yucatan, the jungles of Chiapas or the vineyards of Baja California.
For this delicious epic, Vincent Schmit, the Chef of the Parisian brasserie and his team, are exceptionally putting their talents and menu to the colors of the emblematic restaurant in Ensenada.
Two continents, two lifestyles with an obvious charm, two wonderful approaches to taste: the show promises to be grandiose.

To further establish its reputation as a gourmet, convivial, and original restaurant, the Michelin-starred 114 Faubourg hosts wine evenings once a month.
A French winemaker presents their wine in person during the evening.
The wine is paired with a four-course tasting menu specially created by 114 Faubourg's Chef, Vincent Schmit. It is then featured on the menu for the month during lunch and dinner service.
