Settlement of disputes:
In case of dispute, only the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
In case of dispute, the Customer may first contact the Hotel to seek an amicable solution.
All disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the Hotel and the Customer within one (1) month of their notification will be submitted to the competent French courts under the conditions of ordinary law.
In addition, the European Commission has set up an Online Dispute Resolution platform to facilitate the independent extrajudicial settlement of online disputes between consumers and professionals in the European Union. In accordance with Law No. 2016-301, the Customer also has the option of contacting the Tourism and Travel Mediator. Before contacting the Mediator, the Customer must write to the Hotel by registered mail with return receipt.
To contact the Mediator, the Customer must complete a complaint form available on the website https://www.mtv.travel/saisir-le-mediateur/ and follow the steps indicated on the website.
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the right to withdraw from a service contract, which does not apply to accommodation services other than residential accommodation.
