As 2021 gracefully comes to an end, Le Bristol Paris is preparing a festive season at the height of magic, and one that’s full of surprises.
From exquisite menus hand-prepared by Executive Chef Eric Frechon; to a warm and beautiful home-away-from-home ambiance; to an elegant offer designed to greet overnight guests in pure delight, there’s never been a more perfect time to spend Christmas and New Years in Paris.
Festive menus and a magical ambiance
Chef Eric Frechon has crafted delicate menus for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
At triple Michelin starred Epicure, Chef Frechon has created an exclusive 7-course symphony of flavour showcasing the rich bounty of France’s terre et mer featuring white truffle ravioli, delicately fried sand sole and roasted free-range capon for Christmas Eve and caviar from Sologne, wild turbot and back of venison for New Year’s Eve.
For Le Bristol’s Michelin starred brasserie style restaurant, 114 Faubourg, the chef will offer a festive 6-course course feast for a distinctively Parisian celebration on both evenings.
Magical cacao bean
Hainigue’s bûche de Noël will showcase a 65% dark chocolate and a milk chocolate sourced from Peru for a rich contrast between a strong mouthfeel and a smooth, sweet finish.
Crafted entirely out of chocolate in the form of a biscuit base, a mousse filling and a scintillating ganache, the bûche’s elegant shape is inspired by the piles of fruit that are collected from cacao trees before harvesters open them to remove the beans, or fèves, by the handful.
