Palácio Tangará has prepared a special Christmas celebration. On december 24th, Chef Felipe Rodrigues prepared an exclusive menu at Tangará Jean-Georges and Parque Lounge & Terrace restaurants. And a delicious Brunch on the 25th, with items inspired by the date.
New Year's Celebrations
To celebrate New Year's Eve in style, Palácio Tangará has prepared an exclusive menu at the Michelin starred restaurant, Tangará Jean-Georges, as well as a dazzling New Year's Eve party in the Cristal Ballroom, with a welcome cocktail, buffet dinner prepared by Chef Rachel Condreanschi with Champagne Taittinger Brut Reserve, open bar and special attractions. On next day, it welcomes the year of 2020 with a delicious Brunch with music and sparkling wine.
Christmas Themed Afternoon Tea
On fridays and saturdays of December, the Afternoon Tea served in buffet style at Parque Lounge & Terrace gets a special Christmas touch with items and décor inspired by the most festive time of the year, prepared by the Pâtissier Chef from Palácio Tangará.
Exhibition “Ayrton Senna: The Pilot”
In honor of one of the world's greatest racing pilot, Palácio Tangará will receive, at Parque Lounge & Terrace, the exhibition “Ayrton Senna: The Pilot”, with iconic paintings by Sami Akl and historical objects that marked the pilot's career.
Every Sunday the Parque Louge & Terrace hosts the delicious Sunday Brunch & Jazz, served in Buffet Style, from 12h30pm to 16h30pm, with a variety of buffet options, desserts, sparkling rosé wine and live music.
Every Sunday, the “Sunday Roast” is a great lunch option at Tangará Jean-Georges restaurant. The menu has suggestions of selected cuts such as Wagyu and Black Angus, as well as Seafood, accompanied by Potatoe Salad, Farofa, Green Salad with Ranch Sauce, Wild Rice and French Fries.
The Pool Bar from Palácio Tangará features the new “Fire & Ice” menu, which features grills and crudo in addition to Champagne Perrier-Jouët on weekends, all summer long. In addition, tha outdoor pool welcomes DJ Prado to shake the mood of the on Saturdays. Exclusive to guests.
Musicals at the Cinema
The Museum of Image and Sound's newest exhibition, “Musicals in the Cinema”, provides an overview of national and international musicals, from the early days of cinema to the present day. The show is divided into more than 20 areas and highlights major milestones for the music genre through photographs, videos, documents, costumes and more.
In December, the Tomie Ohtake Institute hosts the exhibition Dressing the Time - 70 Years of Italian Fashion, with 45 selected pieces that shows the routes that led Italy's production to gain international identity and notoriety. The show is divided into 3 parts, covering designers, creations and events that contributed to the projection of Italian fashion from the 1950s until today.
Leonardo da Vinci
The Leonardo da Vinci - 500 Years of a Genius Exhibition, first of the MIS Experience museum, enables visitors to learn about Leonardo da Vinci's life and legacy through an immersive experience. The show is considered the most detailed investigation of the artist's work and has 18 thematic areas to present his career.
