Unearthing the secrets of Black Truffles

Our acclaimed master chef and sommelier will join you in one of L’Apogée Courchevel’s most exclusive settings.
L’Apogée Courchevel, Oetker Collection property, has decided to showcase these many riches by organising a private black truffle sampling around a conversation with a truffle specialist exclusively for guests. This interactive VIP encounter will be hosted by Head Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois, Food and Beverage Manager and Head Sommelier Géraud Tournier.
Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois will prepare three truffle tasting dishes and reveal his gastronomic techniques for harnessing the distinctive flavour.
Our sommelier will recommend wines bold enough to pair with the wild, gamey flavours of truffles. Chilled champagne is served, to toast this rare experience.

Your programme:

  • One and half hour gourmet experience from 5pm to 6.30pm
  • Each guest will be served a glass of champagne
  • The experience will be entirely private in one of the exclusive L’Apogée Courchevel locations.

Terms and conditions:

This is an exclusive experience for up to six resident guests. Reservations are subject to availability and not available on Sundays and Mondays. The experience will take place between 5pm and 6:30pm at Le Comptoir de l’Apogée or other private venue within the property. 400 euros per person.
