A great chef of la montagne shares an exceptional day of ski and gastronomy, exclusively with your party.
While guiding you over Courchevel’s slopes Jean-Luc Lefrançois will bring to life the heat of a gourmet kitchen, the rush of skiing the Couloir and the hush of remote alpine terrain.
At midday you settle together for a gourmet picnic on piste, arranged personally by Jean-Luc, making you the envy of the slopes.
In the evening you are invited to one of L’Apogée Courchevel’s most exclusive settings where Chef Jean-Luc will prepare one of his menu specialities in a private demonstration for you. In this convivial atmosphere you toast the whole extraordinary experience with fine champagne.
- Departure at 10 am from L’Apogee Courchevel
- Guided skiing with Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois, slopes selected according to ability and interest
- 12pm a fine gourmet picnic on piste
- 3pm return to the hotel
- 5 pm to 6.30pm culinary display with champagne
Terms and conditions:
An exclusive experience for up to four resident guests. Subject to availability and not available on Sundays or Mondays. Participants must have their own ski pass and ski insurance, the skiing level will be adapted to abilities. From 880 euros for one person, each additional guest is 80 euros per adult and 40 euros for children under 12 years old.
