Exquisite, personalized dining experiences in exclusive locations combine seasonal ingredients, fine wine and top-tier culinary skills. During this culinary experience, guests meet with our Executive Chef to create a special five-course tasting menu complete with starter, seafood and shellfish course, meat course and a delicious dessert. After a private cocktail reception, guests are escorted to a secluded table on the beach. The five-course tasting menu showcases the expert preparation and flavor combinations created from the best ingredients the Caribbean has to offer – all served under a star-lit sky. This experience can be enjoyed by two to six guests at a time.
