We strongly encourage you to plan your reservations in advance for our various dining options and activities to ensure an optimal experience during your visit.

Privacy & Serenity: Honoring the art of uniqueness

We place utmost significance on the privacy of our guests, as well as yours. We kindly ask you to respect the tranquility of our establishment by avoiding taking photos and keeping your electronic devices on silent mode. If you need to make a call, please be courteous to others.

Guest: A shared exclusivity

As a member, you have the privilege of inviting a guest for tennis at no charge. Your guest may join you by purchasing a daily pool pass, subject to availability. Ensure that your guest adopts the elegance that characterizes us, as each member is the guardian of our heritage.

Restriction dates: A calendar to consult

Please note that during the Cannes Film Festival and exceptional private events, access to the hotel may be restricted. You will be informed in advance of any limitations.

Children: A warm welcome

Entry to the hotel is free for children up to 12 years old. Please note that all consumptions or activities will be charged to the parents. Furthermore, access to the Kids Club is reserved exclusively for resident guests.

Pets: Our friends

Although we have a deep love for pets, we regret that we cannot accommodate them within our establishment.

Payment: Your account

Settlement of your membership fee must be made upon your arrival to open an exclusive account in your name, associated with your credit card. This account allows you to settle your expenses at our various points of sale. At the end of each month, your credit card will be debited for the accumulated amounts, and the corresponding invoice will be sent to you electronically. We would like to remind you that non-payment of this invoice will result in the suspension of your membership.

Dress code: Elegance required

We strongly encourage you to follow the dress codes in our various areas, as they are essential to maintaining the exclusivity of our establishment. Bathrobes are only permitted in the Spa. In all circumstances, members are required to wear shoes and tops when moving around the property. Appropriate attire is required in our restaurants and bars. For dinner at the Louroc restaurant, elegant attire is required: men must wear long pants, long-sleeved shirts, and closed-toe shoes.
