Joël Ellenberger from Nürensdorf near Zurich is responsible for the Wintergarten's kitchen.
The 24-year-old was and is passionately and enthusiastically involved in shaping the gastronomic concept of the all-day restaurant. In close cooperation with his young international team, he works every day to further develop the restaurant, which has been established in the region for many years.
The young chef is enthusiastic about a product-oriented cuisine that scores points with exquisite regional products. What it is all about: a light, contemporary, French-style cuisine and a reinterpretation of the classics. The newly designed Wintergarten menu bears his unmistakable signature.
