Power breakfast

Recipe for 1 portion

Ingredients:
- 60 g buckwheat flakes
- 120 ml almond milk
- 20 g fruits of the forest
- Cinnamon powder
- Agave syrup for sweetening

Bring the almond milk to the boil and then remove from heat.
Put the buckwheat flakes into the milk and then let it boil down slightly, for approx. 5 minutes, stirring constantly so that nothing burns.
Put in a bowl and arrange with cinnamon and berries as required.
If desired, add a little agave syrup for sweetening.
