    World renowned Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten opens Palácio Tangará’s restaurants in a first for South America. His gastronomy, inspired by lighter Asian methods now combines a hint of Brazil. A Michelin-Starred gastronomy is presented with an exclusive Chef’s Table, private dining room, exclusive outdoor terrace within the lush greenery of Burle Marx park and an elegant wine cellar.

    Please be informed that dress code is formal. For dinner men are requested to wear, long trousers and closed shoes.

    With sumptuous, stylish interiors and a panoramic outdoor terrace overlooking Burle Marx park and the hotel's swimming pool, Pateo do Palacio invites you to sample comfort-food staples and chef Jean-George Vongerichten's classic dishes throughout the day.
