3 nights at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc

Please see below day by day details of your exclusive stay on the Côte d'Azur, with some rare experiences and exceptional access.

Day 1 - Private jet to Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, with a stop off in Milan to view a hidden collection

Flying by private jet to The Oetker Collection's exclusive hotel on the Riviera we make a delightful, fascinating stop at a hidden collection in the Milanese countryside.

We share a special discovery; one of the finest personal collections of pianos in the world. Together they mark the instrument's history from Mozart's favoured model in the 18th century, to those of Haydn, Brahms, Chopin, up to today. Your host is a virtuoso pianist in their own right, and will transform this fascinating viewing into something truly inspiring.

The glamorous legend Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, presiding over the Côte d'Azur, will be your home for exploration of the artistic and sensual Riviera. Relax by the pool, in the spa or strolling through the park, before dining over the Mediterranean where you can contemplate the many pleasures of the region to be enjoyed over the following two days.

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner will all be arranged with a flair to surprise and delight you

Day 2 - The art and beauty of the Cote d'Azur at your leisure

Breakfast will be served on the fabulously glamorous terrace of the Eden-Roc Grill or on your own private balcony. This day is entirely at your leisure. You may wish to lie by the pool, the icon of Cap d'Antibes, blasted out of the rocks in the 40's, or refresh anywhere on the Riviera, where the light and blue skies inspired an entire art movement.

Visit Old Antibes for the Provençal market, Port Vauban, a flutter of white sails and host to Les Voiles d'Antibes, the classic yacht race. Château Grimaldi has a marvellous exhibition of Picasso ceramics which he was inspired to create while staying here, and there is a museum of Napoleonic memorabilia, largely the collection of André Sella, founder of Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. Visit the The hilltown, Biot is renowned for its luminous glass and Saint Paul de Vence for the Maeght Foundation, one of the largest collections of 20th century art including Miró sculptures and an extraordinary Chagall mural. Nearby is the Chapelle du Rosaire, Henri Matisse's self-declared masterpiece.

Lunch and dinner are at your leisure, please don't hesitate to ask our concierge to make any recommendations and reservations, or we will be delighted to discuss any arrangements in advance.

Day 3 - Aix en Provence for a behind the scenes view of exceptional choreography and architecture

After breakfast we go to Nice for a stroll along the palm lined Promenade des Anglais, named for the English upper class who discovered this Mediterranean gem on their "grand tour". Lunch will be a Nicoise speciality on a sunny terrace, then it is to the helipad for two private visits.

A few minutes in the air takes us to Aix for a taste of le vrai Provence. The town is cooled by pretty fountains and shady squares and it is the birthplace of Cezanne, so much of his art is on view. We have a very special invitation to the dance academy, Pavillion Noir which promises to be an utterly enchanting experience.

The highlight of this day is a personal invitation to Château La Coste, where you will be hosted in very special style. The stellar architecture of the Japanese master Tadao Ando is an inspiration. He has created an extraordinary experience of light and space in nature, with a vast infinity pool, entire elevations of glass and geometric lines. The interplay between interior and exterior spaces was inspired by Cezanne's presence in Aix, Tadao Ando said.
