Frank MarrenbachChief Executive Officer

Frank Marrenbach's long standing relationship with the Oetker Collection commenced in 1997 at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa. Since then, Frank Marrenbach received a multitude of accolades, including winning the 'Gault Millau Hotelier of the Year Award' in 2003 and being appointed to Vice Chairman of the Leading Hotels of the World in 2010.

Frank Marrenbach was promoted to CEO of the Oetker Collection in 2008. Over the next decade, he will supervise the Oetker Collection's acquisition of 10 additional masterpiece hotels.

Timo GrünertChief Financial Officer

Since July 2009, Dr. Grünert has held the position of Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Oetker Collection. Based in Baden-Baden, he oversees the financial department and the business development of the company.

Previously, Dr. Grünert spent four years in Dr. August Oetker KG, the holding company of the Oetker Collection. In this function, he assisted the board of personally liable partners with a special focus on business development, the controlling of participating parties, internal consulting as well as mergers & acquisitions.

Philippe PerdChief Project Development Officer

Philippe Perd is the General Manager of the mythic Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc since 2005 and oversees two other Oetker Collection pearls, the Château Saint-Martin & Spa at Vence since 2001 and L'Apogée Courchevel since its opening in 2013.

Graduate of Havard Business School in Boston and Inchbald School in London with a Certificate in Interior Design, Philippe Perd has been appointed in 2013 "Senior Vice President Operations and Project Development" for Oetker Collection, and appointed in 2015 "Chief Project Development Officer".

Along with his function in the two hotels in the South of France and in L'Apogée Courchevel, he also manages the conceptual development of Oetker Collection's new projects.

Jean-Pierre SoutricSenior Vice-President Sales & Marketing

Having started his career in 1983, Jean-Pierre Soutric held various sales and marketing positions successively with Intercontinental, Hilton International, Exclusive Hotels by Forte, then Four Seasons for the last 20 years as Director of Sales and Marketing for the opening of the Four Seasons George V Paris. He was promoted since to various regional roles until his latest appointment as Vice President Corporate and Travel Industry Sales Europe.

Jean-Pierre joined Oetker Collection in October 2015 as Senior Vice-President Sales & Marketing.

Virginie Saint LaurentSenior Vice President Human Resources

Following key positions in emblematic Parisians Hotels such as the Four Seasons George V and the Ritz, Virginie Saint Laurent joined the Oetker Collection in 2011 as Director of Human Resources at Le Bristol Paris.

Virginie took on her Oetker Collection role in February 2013 at the helm of the Human Resources division.

Luca AllegriSenior Vice-President Operations

Luca Allegri, a well-known figure in the hotel industry, has held management positions with some of the most prestigious hotel and restaurant brands such as Four Seasons and Alain Ducasse. His last posting being Managing Director of Hotels, Restaurants and Spas at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer in Monaco, home of Hotel de Paris and Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo amongst others.

Luca Allegri joined Oetker Collection in August 2016 as well as Le Bristol Paris as Managing Director.
