From romantic fine dining to casual Caribbean fare feasts, our gastronomic selections are inspired by fresh, local ingredients blended with international influences. Our Executive Chef, Sylvain Hervochon sources sustainably harvested and produced fruits, vegetables, seafood, meats and spirits from surrounding farming communities on Antigua and the islands own organic farm. A fresh European influence finishes distinct Caribbean flavors in each of the islands dining experiences.
