Les Canthares brings together wine-lovers to exchange ideas on wine and life. Our Head Sommelier Geraud Tournier introduces selected wine makers from the grand Louis Roederer to independent presses, with tastings accompanied by amuse-bouche, followed by a gastronomic dinner and wine pairing.

La Paulée de la Saint-Martin

The harvest is in and now is the time for our traditional La Paulée, the Burgundian tradition held at the end of the grape harvest. La Paulée de la Saint-Martin will celebrate our loyal guests on 13th October. Following the tradition of bringing a bottle to share, our sommelier invites participants to bring Ligériens wines in honour of Saint-Martin Bishop of Tours. We will discuss the ripe cabernets, thin and chiseled muscadets, noble sauvignons, a pretty pinot noir with Burgundian accents and a racy chenin from the Layon Valley.
