Gender equality index
As of March 1, 2023, the gender equality index at Château Saint-Martin & Spa has reached 82/100 points, distributed as follows: 40/40 (indicator: pay gap), 25/35 (indicator: individual increase gap), N/A (indicator : percentage of employees receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave) 5/10 (indicator: number of employees of the under-represented gender in the top 10).

Beehives
Four beehives are being set up on the grounds. They are inhabited by bees that will produce a fragrant homemade honey.
Refuge LPO ©
The hotel is a « Refuge LPO© », by making actions to protect the rich biodiversity in its gardens.
Tango rose
The Tango Rose, also called Rose of Vence, is a rare pearl disappeared of the region and adopted by the hotel in it garden to remain it history.
Olive trees
We are home to more than 200 century olive trees which product a precious essence, the olive oil.
Compost
Our goal is to reduce waste to a strict minimum. We conduct daily efforts to ensure responsible waste conversion and reduction.
Natural ressources
Everyday, we adopt responsible actions to reduce the consumption of natural resources.
Carbon emissions
The hotel has etablihed an action plan to reduce its carbon emissions.

We provide guests with an opportunity to donate their unwanted clothing to a local charity.
Towels and bed linen
During your stay at the hotel, your towels and bed linen are changed every other day, thus contributing to water and energy savings.

Clean-Up day
Our team members organize each year a clean-up day around our seabord with all the tourist actor of the city of Antibes.
Sustainable Communities
We are in partnership with the city of Vence and the partenaire avec la ville de Vence et the French Heritage Foundation to to restore an emblematic house, the "Villa Le Rêve".
Inheritance
Since 2023, we welcome children from the Vence’s school to relay our rich heritage and our savoire-faire to build together a future more sustainable.

We make a number of material donations throughout the season to the local associations.
