Jean-Georges has led a stellar career in Michelin starred kitchens, opening restaurants from Chicago to Tokyo, writing seminal cookery books and presenting shows. His distinctive cuisine has an exotic accent; intense vegetable juices, fruit essences, light broths and herbal vinaigrettes are infused with aromatic flavours of the east. He is accompanied by his Executive Chef Eric Desbordes, inspired by a loyal clientele from the highest echelons in Paris which brought him to heights of excellence with a youthful creativity knowing no bounds.


Jean-Georges Vongerichten drives On The Rock's inspired menu celebrating his personal favourite dishes. Expect sensational creations such as Marbled Foie Gras Terrine with Green Peppercorn, Green Beans with lemon or Nut and Seed Crusted Red Snapper, Sweet & Sour Jus. The setting over the rocks is spectacular and the atmosphere perfects island chic.


Located on St Jean Bay, the Sand Bar is the smartest spot to sit bare toed on the beach, sipping one of Jean George's signature cocktails, perhaps a Chilli Bang Bang or Iced Flower. For lunch, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and his Executive Chef Eric Desbordes propose a light international cuisine; lunch on fresh catch of the day baked in the wood fired oven, with a crisp light salad zinging with home grown herbs. When the sun sets over Saint Jean Bay, the restaurant changes its name to the Sand Bar Night and turns into a welcoming island lounge.
